Unanswered reminders
One short email when a contact has waited too long.
What it does
If a contact’s message has had no reply through the pipe after the time you choose (2, 4, 8 or 24 hours), every member gets one email listing who is waiting and for how long. Each message is reminded about once; if the contact writes again, the clock starts over. Reminders only look at the last 7 days.
New pipes remind after 4 hours. Change it, or turn it off, under Pipe settings. Conversations someone has closed are never reminded about.
