What is Waribox?
One shared email address for your team, delivered to everyone’s own inbox.
What it does
Waribox gives your team a shared address, such as support@mail.waribox.app. Mail sent to it is delivered to every member’s own inbox, in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or anything else. When a member replies, the reply goes back out through the shared address, and the rest of the team gets a copy.
There is no new inbox to check, no ticket numbers and no app to install. Everyone keeps working from the mail client they already use.
Words we use
- Pipe: a shared address and the people behind it.
- Member: someone on your team who receives the pipe’s mail and can reply through it. Members confirm their address before they receive anything.
- Contact: anyone outside the team who writes to the pipe.
- Conversation: a contact’s message and all the replies to it, kept together so every reply reaches the right people.
