Invite your team
Members confirm their address by email before they receive anything.
Add a member
Open the pipe, enter a teammate’s email address under Members, and choose Send invite. They get an email titled “Verify your email for” followed by the pipe’s name.
Confirmation
The link in the invite works for 24 hours. Until a member opens it, they receive nothing from the pipe, and mail they send to it is treated as coming from an outsider. If the link expired or got lost, choose Resend next to their name.
Removing members
You can remove a member at any time. From then on they receive nothing further from that pipe.
The team archive
Optionally, each pipe can have one archive address: a mailbox of yours that receives a copy of every conversation, both what contacts send and what members reply. It never counts as a member and never sends — it just listens.
Point it at a mailbox you control (a plain Gmail account or a Google Group with its archive turned on works well) and the whole history stays searchable in one place. When someone joins the team later, give them access to that mailbox and they can read everything from before their time — Waribox itself never stores message bodies or attachments, so your inboxes are the only full record.
Add it on the pipe page under Team archive. It confirms by email like a member does, and you can remove it any time.
Member limits
Each pipe can have up to 10 members on Basic and up to 25 on Prime.
