Senders can’t see when your team opens their mail.
What it does
Many newsletters and sales tools hide a tiny image in their messages that reports when, where and how often a message is opened. Waribox removes these from contacts’ messages before your team gets them, so the sender learns nothing. The count shows on the Insights page.
It is on for every pipe unless you turn it off under Pipe settings, for example if you test your own marketing emails through a pipe and want their open tracking to work.
What is removed, and what never is
- Removed: remote images declared as 1×1 pixel or smaller, and images from well-known open-tracking services that don’t declare a visible size.
- Never removed: logos, photos, badges or any image with a visible size; images inside the message itself (attachments shown inline); and images that are only hidden, because phone layouts often reveal those.
- Nothing else in the message is changed: text, links, attachments and layout stay exactly as sent. If a message can’t be processed for any reason, it is delivered untouched.
- Your team’s own replies are never changed.
