Activity log

What happened to each message, without its content.

What it shows

For each message: the sender’s address, how many people it went to, its status and the time. Never the subject or body. Entries are deleted after 30 days.

Statuses

  • Delivered: passed on to its recipients.
  • Held: teammate replied: a reply held by Hold duplicate replies. Its sender was told.
  • No recipients: nobody was left to receive it, for example when the pipe has no confirmed members. The sender was told.
  • Too large: over 25 MB. The sender was told.
  • Rate limited: the pipe received more messages in a minute than it passes on. The sender was told.
  • No active plan: refused because no trial or plan is active. The sender was told.
  • Trial limit reached: refused because the trial’s monthly deliveries, or this month’s shared trial budget, are used up. The sender was told.
  • Send failed: we could not pass it on because of a problem on our side. The sender was told.
  • Auto-reply: an out-of-office or other automatic message, dropped silently so it can’t start a loop.
  • Loop blocked: a message that had already passed through Waribox came back, and was stopped.
  • Duplicate: the same message arrived again within 24 hours; it was delivered once.
  • Test passed / Test failed: the tests for your own address.
