Plans and billing

• Basic: $11.99 a month or $120 a year. 3 pipes, 10 members per pipe, 5,000 deliveries a month, and Insights for the last 30 days.
• Prime: $28.99 a month or $289.99 a year. 20 pipes, 25 members per pipe, 15,000 deliveries a month, and sending as your own domain on up to 5 domains, and up to 13 months of Insights history.
• Both plans include the Monday digest, unanswered reminders, duplicate-reply holding and Privacy Guard.

Each Team pack adds 20 members on every team address and 12,000 deliveries a month, for $18.99 a month or $189.99 a year, billed with your Prime plan on the same cycle. Add up to 10 on the Billing page, and change or remove them any time; changes are prorated. Moving from Prime to Basic removes them.

A delivery is one copy of a message to one person. A contact’s message to a pipe with five members is five deliveries. A member’s reply to one contact, copied to three other members, is four. Only mail that goes out counts; refused and held messages don’t. Deliveries are counted per calendar month (UTC), across all your pipes.

We email the account owner when 80% and when 100% of the month’s deliveries are used.

Paid plans never stop delivering. Deliveries past the allowance cost $2 per 1,000, billed with the plan’s next invoice.

A new account gets 14 days of Prime free, with no card. The trial includes 2,000 deliveries a month, and unlike a paid plan it stops there: further mail is refused and its senders are told. We email you before the trial ends, and when it has.

All free trials share a limited monthly budget. When this month’s is used up, no new trials start until the 1st of next month (UTC), and the homepage shows when seats reopen; accounts created meanwhile start without a trial and can subscribe right away. If the budget runs out completely, mail to pipes still on a trial is refused until the 1st, and their owners are emailed. Subscribing lifts this at once.

When the trial or a plan ends, mail to your pipes is refused, and each sender is told the address isn’t active right now. Nothing is deleted: pipes, members and settings are kept, and mail flows again as soon as you choose a plan on the Billing page.
