Create your first pipe

Enter your email address on the sign-in page. We email you a link that works for 15 minutes. Opening it signs you in for up to 30 days. A new account starts with a free 14-day trial of Prime, with no card needed, while this month’s trial seats last (see the trial).

On the Pipes page, choose the part before the @, for example support for support@mail.waribox.app. It must be 2 to 31 characters of lowercase letters, digits, dots or hyphens, and start with a letter or digit.

Addresses are shared by every Waribox team, so each one can be used only once, and a few are reserved. If yours is taken, pick another.

The display name is the team name people see, such as “Acme Support”. You can change it at any time in the pipe’s settings, along with how the sender’s name is shown (see Sender names).

Basic includes 3 pipes and Prime includes 20. Deleting a pipe also deletes its members and its activity history.
