Terms of use

Waribox gives your team shared email addresses (“pipes”) on mail.waribox.app, or on your own domain once you have verified it. Mail sent to a pipe is delivered to its confirmed members, and their replies go out through the pipe. Some features may become paid in future; we will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.

Waribox is for conversations people start with your team. You must not use it to:

• send unsolicited, bulk or marketing email, or mail to purchased or scraped lists;
• send phishing, malware, fraud, or anything illegal, harassing or deceptive;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or use a domain you do not control;
• add people as members without their agreement;
• get around our limits, or interfere with the service or other customers.

We may suspend or close a pipe or account that breaks these rules, or that causes high bounce or complaint rates, without notice when needed to protect recipients or the service. Report abuse to abuse@waribox.app.

• Keep your sign-in email account secure; access to it is access to Waribox.
• Only add members who want to receive the pipe’s mail. They must confirm their address before they receive anything.
• Only add domains you own or are authorised to manage, and keep the DNS records we give you in place.
• You are responsible for the content your team sends and for complying with the laws that apply to it.

Messages over 25 MB are refused. Each pipe accepts a limited number of messages per minute. Pipes have up to 25 members, and an account can add up to 5 domains. When a message cannot be delivered, its sender is told straight away.

We work to keep Waribox reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Email can be delayed or lost by systems outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost mail, data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Waribox at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@waribox.app. We may end the service for an account with notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and email account owners about significant changes before they take effect. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. Questions go to hello@waribox.app.
