Mail not arriving or replies

These answers solve most questions about this. If yours isn’t here, the form below asks for everything we need, so we can help in one reply.

Common answers

Why did someone get a "could not be delivered" message?

Waribox tells senders at once when it can't pass a message on, for example if the pipe has no confirmed members, the message is over 25 MB, or no plan is active. The account owner gets an email too. Read more

How do replies work?

Just press Reply. The reply goes to the customer from the team address, not your personal one, and every other member gets a copy so the team knows it's been answered. Read more

Is there an attachment size limit?

Messages up to 25 MB are delivered, attachments included. Larger ones are refused, and the sender is told to share a link instead. Read more

What if two teammates answer the same email?

Waribox holds the second reply and tells its sender who already answered. They can send it again within 10 minutes to send it anyway. Each pipe sets the window, from 0 (off) to 120 minutes. You can also claim a conversation before answering, so teammates' replies are held while you write. Read more

How do I add teammates?

Open the pipe and send an invite to their email address. They confirm with a link that works for 24 hours, and receive nothing until they do. You can remove a member at any time. Read more

Do we need a new email app?

No. Everyone keeps Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or whatever they use now, on any device, with nothing to install. Gmail users on Chrome can add an optional extension to see the team’s conversations inside Gmail. Read more

Still need help?

The more you fill in, the faster we can fix it. A real person reads every message and replies by email.
