These answers solve most questions about this. If yours isn’t here, the form below asks for everything we need, so we can help in one reply.

Common answers

Do you store or read our emails?

Not unless you turn on Inbox mode for a pipe. Without it, message bodies and attachments are never stored; each message is read in memory only to deliver it. With it, the pipe keeps full messages for 30 or 90 days so your team can read and answer them in Waribox. We keep addresses, delivery statuses and, for the Conversations page, each message’s subject and sender name for 90 days. Nothing is read by an AI. Read more

Can senders see when we open their emails?

Not with Privacy Guard, which is on unless you turn it off per pipe. It removes the hidden tracking images senders use to see opens, and never touches visible images or anything else. Waribox itself never tracks opens or clicks. Read more

Still need help?

The more you fill in, the faster we can fix it. A real person reads every message and replies by email.

We reply here. If it’s about your account, use the email you sign in with.

For a security problem: the steps to reproduce it and what an attacker could do. Please don’t test against other customers’ data.

Never send passwords, card numbers or links from Waribox emails. Your message goes to our inbox only to answer you; it isn’t stored in Waribox (privacy policy).
